How to purchase from FUSCO?

• 1. How could I get samples?

  For new clients, We can supply samples (charged if price more than 20USD, but can be returned once order from us) If you have a FedEx or DHL or UPS account or other express freight collect account and agree to pay the freight. If you don’t have an Express account,you can send us the samples charge together with freight by wire transfer. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

  For regular clients, stock samples are free.

  For samples need to make mould, mould will be charged, and clients pay for the freight cost and sample cost.

• 2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

  Express freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your location.

• 3. How can I get your price list?

• 4. How to place an order?

  Samples or drawing are confirmed before placing an order. Then, please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice(PI) for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: * Shipping information – Company name, Address, Phone number, Fax number, Destination airport or sea port, Transportation method ( by Express, by air or by sea) * Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price * Delivery time required * Freight payment ( by collect or prepay ) * Nominated forwarder’s contact information if you required( in China )

• 5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

  Yes. We cooperate with many forward agents in China, we can arrange sea, air and Express transportation.

• 6. How can the products be sent to us?

  The transportation way depends on client’s choice and ordering items. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country .

• 7. What's your usual payment term for orders?

  Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. L/C is also available. We don’t accept payment by credit card.

• 8. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

  Small quantity are accepted, but which are our standard parts. You can also buy the products from our dealer in your closest area or country.
